Dinner at Uri and Ravit's

After Domenico's, we went to Uri and Ravit's for dinner. Ravit is an awesome cook, she made baked salmon, potatoes gratin with roasted garlic, salad and a super yummy cauliflower casserole (Ravit - please remember to send me the recipe for the cauliflower dish!). This meal has to be one of the best meals we've had so far. Ravit also made two desserts, a creamy chocolate cake and a nut torte, both very delicious! I don't know how Uri stays so thin with all that good food around. . .

We also got to see Uri and Ravit's wedding video, it looks like we missed an unbelievable party in Israel that day! We enjoyed spending time with the kids too, Tal is now an official 'Facebooker' thanks to help from Ofry to set up his profile. We have been communicating with the kids on FB, sending messages to each other in Spanish and English. That's pretty cool that the kids are tri-lingual; they speak Spanish, Hebrew and English - so smart!!

We called it a night early (by Chilean standards) because we both missed our nap yesterday. Starting to get used to having a daily nap, gonna have to snap out of that real soon!
